About Miss Carter

Miss Stephanie Carter is from Bethel Park, Pennsylvania located near Pittsburgh. Miss Carter teaches Concert Band, 8th Grade General Music with Technology, Jazz Band, and Woodwind Choir at GMMS. She graduated from Duquesne University and received the Excellence in Student Teaching Award upon graduation. Her main instrument is flute. While studying at Duquesne, she participated in Symphony Band, Wind Symphony, Pappert Women’s Chorale and Flute Choir.

An avid lover of Taylor Swift, in her spare time, she can be found listening to "Midnights." Miss Carter also enjoys shopping New York City and seeing musicals on Broadway.

She also loves designing cards for her friends and family! She sells them to some local businesses as well to display in their shops!
